FASTER WAY TO FAT LOSS WITH SARAH
Your wellness journey is personal and you might be on it for many different reasons. Maybe you need more time for yourself, maybe your clothes are feeling tight, maybe your labs are out of wack, or maybe your mental health is suffering. Whatever your reason you are seeking out a new routine, I am here for you because I have been there.
In January 2019, I started my FASTer Way to Fat Loss journey. At that time, I was suffering from postpartum depression and anxiety. I was desperate for more energy and needed my body to feel familiar again. The FASTer Way gave me that! The picture below is the difference that one 6 week round of the FASTer Way made on my body.
Like many nurses who live this lifestyle I fell in love with the concepts instantly!
1) I love that there is science behind what I am doing.
2) I love the FASTer Way community! It is supportive while pushing me to do things I thought I could not do.
3) Energy...I have it again even with 3 little ones running around!
I loved the FASTer Way lifestyle so much that in March 2019, I became a coach. This is the first time in my life I did not ask any questions, I just knew I needed to share this incredible lifestyle with others. Being a coach is allowing me to guide women/men through the process of changing their mindset around food and movement so they are able to live this sustainable lifestyle long term.
2 YEARS AND COUNTING...
It is so intimidating to share two pictures of myself close up but I want you to have a visual as I continue my story (see below). For reference, these pictures were taken about two years a part. In March 2019 (pic on the left), I had just finished my first round of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss. I was thrilled, my energy level had substantially increased and my clothes fit again! The picture on the right is me in January 2021. Little did I know I would still be so impacted by the FASTer Way lifestyle 2+ years later. Every other diet program I had tried never lasted more than 6 months. However, the FASTer Way life style has stuck with me through a doctorate program, raising 3 young children, and the world stresses of 2020. - What is the FASTer Way to Fat Loss?
It is a premium digital wellness lifestyle that focuses on whole food nutrition, intermittent fasting, macro tracking, workout pairing, and carb cycling.
- Am I a good fit for this program?
This program is challenging and will require commitment. If you are ready to work to change your lifestyle, I would love to talk to you.
- What does my $199 fee include?
A convenient 6 week program that fits your busy schedule. An app that includes a comprehensive program guide with resources to help you thrive including meal plans, a detailed program overview, and live workouts. Weekly workout plans which can be completed at the gym or at home. Accountability and a supportive approach that keeps you on track to accomplish your goals.
- Do I need to purchase additional special foods or workout equipment for this program?
No! Throughout the program we will talk about the importance of probiotics, protein and other supplements like BCAA’s. While I am happy to share the products I use and love, none of them are required to participate. I am a huge proponent of fueling your body with real food, and this program is based on that premise. Nothing is required but hard work, commitment and positivity. Both gym and at-home versions of the workouts will be available on the app.
- Do I need to follow a special meal plan?
We offer a meal plan for each week but it is up to you whether you decide to follow it or eat foods you prefer. We will teach you how to track your macros so you can be successful in any route you take.
